The handheld and modular design of Dynamo Plus Measures 300+ strength and ROM test types. With its smart attachments and integrated display, it enables accessible musculoskeletal measurement for all exercise professionals.
Let’s start off with defining the terms most relevant for this device:
Dynamometer - an instrument which measures the power output.
Inclinometer - an instrument which measures the angle.
Outside of diagnosis we often get patients come to us striving for improved performance. Generally this means putting them through their paces in the gym and developing a routine that enables them to increase muscular strength, muscular power and even cardiovascular fitness.
Using the DynaMo to gather baseline data means the clinician can create a performance-based programme for sporting clients as an effective way to help athletes improve their performance and reach their goals. By creating a programme that is tailored to the specific needs and abilities of the athlete, it is possible to help them get the most out of their training and competition.
The programme should be based on the athlete's strengths and weaknesses, as well as their goals and aspirations. It should take into account their current level of fitness, skill level, and any past injuries or medical conditions.
The programme should also be structured in a way that gradually increases the intensity and duration of training over time, to ensure that the athlete is able to safely and effectively improve their fitness and performance. Regular assessments and progress tracking should be included to help maintain motivation and measure success.
After a set periodised programme the athlete can be re tested to compare figures from baseline to follow up appointment
