Jack Sneath

Jack graduated with a BSc with Hons in Sport and Exercise Science, where he developed a keen interest in rehabilitation. He then went on to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Essex.


Jack’s early part of his career started in an elective orthopaedic ward setting, helping people after a wide range of lower limb, upper limb and spinal procedures to regain confidence and mobility in preparation for home life.


He then went on the specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where his keen interest in rehabilitation helped both post-operative and non-operative patients regain there confidence and achieve their goals, whether it be returning to sport or being able to walk to the shops without pain. 


The skills he has developed through a career in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy has enabled him to be able to comprehensively assess a wide range of individuals with varying conditions to create bespoke rehabilitation plans to achieve your goals.


Outside of physiotherapy, Jack likes to remain active through running, resistance training, golf and playing competitive cricket in the East Anglian Premier League. Having played competitive sport, Jack understands the frustrations injuries can have on day to day life and your ability to get back doing the things you love.
